Kaet has done a wonderful job from day one. Upon meeting my daughter, she made a concerted effort to bond and develop a friendship. This definitely helped remove the clinical nature some therapy sessions can have, and instead created a fun learning environment. Kaet finds interesting ways to teach my daughter new things and "stretch her", while keeping her entertained and unaware that she is working on new skills. I believe Kaet truly cares - she always follows up to see how various activities or doctor's appointments went. In fact, she some times remembers things that even I have forgotten! Kaet really treats the "whole family". This is evidenced not only in her interactions with me, but how she makes an effort to include my son when he chooses to come to his sister's sessions.

We have had amazing experience. We have made alot of progress with Kristien. We are happy with her and the way she works with Emilio.

Alexis was on time, and very professional during our daughters evaluation. She explained her findings, and gave us examples of areas to work on at home while a therapist was being found. Maddie loved playing with her, and was sad when she had to leave. Thank you for being so friendly, and giving us the tools to help Maddie as she gets older.

Our DT has exceeded our expectations and her work and progress has been recognized by his other therapists and assessors alike. Comparing his initial Assessment results from EI to his very recent EI Occupational Therapist Assessment, the EI Assessor was truly amazed at his progress and suggested that his Developmental Therapist must be Fantastic. I couldn't agree more.

Victoria is awesome, she is does an excellent job with my son Liam.. He loves her and doesn’t want her to leave when it’s time. She takes her time with him and is very patient as well. She explains things well and clear. I am glad Liam had got to do his DT with her and is doing a lot more then before.
